Practical training courses Our practical training is designed for individuals who are inexperienced or new to purchasing and supply. These courses provide a comprehensive introduction to purchasing and supply techniques, from core competencies to the development of advanced purchasing management skills. We deliver over 200 of these events every year, the duration of which varies between 1 and 5 days.

Qualifications Build your own intensive course with our modular and flexible programmes When you take either our modular training or flexible learning programmes you can achieve the Foundation Diploma Level 4; the Advanced Diploma Level 5 and the Graduate Diploma Level 6. If you have passed or are exempt from 5 units at Levels 4, 5 and 6, and have with 3 years’ relevant work experience, you will gain full MCIPS status.
Modular training is made up of a range of free-standing individual units of learning. Each module is delivered by one of our experienced and professionally qualified, training consultants, and is supported by a course book and up to 5 days of intensive tutorial sessions. At the end of each module there is a set examination, conforming to the same stringent standards as those for the conventional study routes.
You can select as many modules as you require, forming a concentrated course of learning within a designated time-frame. As each level is a qualification is its own right, even if you decide that you do not want or need to study the whole qualification, you will be awarded a Diploma.
