1)       Logistics role:

·         Creation and development of the Logistics position for the Freightquote European office during 2 years

·         Link between the sales force and the carriers. In charge of quotations with carriers for our UK and Irish customers

·         In charge of the carriers relationship

·         Research of new carriers within UK and Ireland

·         Manage transport logistics : choosing the means of transport, quotations according to the various Incoterms, tracking and tracing shipments, confirmation of delivery.

·         Dealing with suppliers queries in a timely and efficient manner, and resolving issues when needed

·         Assist in the development of a reporting and monitoring tool for the EU office

·         Actively contribute to team meetings and the development of the EU office’s functionalities

·         Proactive in suggesting improvements and amending processes to improve efficiency where appropriate


2)       Customer Service Representative role:

·         Amendments to orders/shipments

·         Dealing with delivery issues

·         Fully responsible to set up and follow claims for customers

·         Fully responsible regarding credit limit increases and courtesy credit decisions
